Who We Are
The Dana Point Lighthouse Society is made up of people who love Dana Point and the  Harbor. Membership includes anyone who lives, works, visits, sails, or plays in Dana Point and surrounding communities.
We are a 501[c][3] charitable non-profit organization made up of over 700 people.
We are dedicated to promoting and supporting the building of a lighthouse/Maritime Museum overlooking our wonderful harbor that will bring the 1920's vision of our community's designers into reality.
We recognize the lighthouse as a historic symbol of safety & security and a lasting symbol of Dana Point's maritime heritage.
We support other public facilities that will compliment the scenic Headlands, City and Dana Point Harbor to include a Veteran's Memorial, Coastal Arts Center, Nature Conservancy & Interpretive Center, and Parks & Trails
We also support a permanent home for the Dana Point/Capistrano Beach Historical Society.
